Luke Graves is a Real Estate Broker and retired Fighter Pilot who started Buyer #1 in 1988. Buyer #1 was the first residential Buyers Brokerage Firm in Texas. Since then Buyer #1 has represented over 1000 homebuyers in Central Texas. In 2004, he was one of only three Buyer Brokers nationwide who attended the Luxury Home Marketing Institute having met requirements of selling two or more Luxury Homes in one year.

He has lived in Austin for 24 years and participates in many local activities. A member in good standing of the Austin Board of Realtors, Luke is a member of the UT Club, “Salon Concerts” and “A Mozart Fest”, two local chamber music societies. He is an avid Fly-Fisherman who, along with his Labrador “Princess Ginger” fishes the Gulf Coastal Waters and Mountain Streams of New Mexico.

Additionally, he is the Social chairman of the Austin Ferrari Club. He works closely with his eldest son, Luke Jr. who is also a Real Estate Broker. His son, Matthew, who lives in Europe, is Vice President and head of global sales for RISI Corporation. He has two grand children he adores: Lucie and Rowan. He loves to work with families to find them the right home.
